289 Progress Ave
Called the main line, they told me my package was at 289 Progress Ave at "Flight 6". When I got there, no one knew where "Flight 6" was so I spoke to a "supervisor" who couldn't track my package. No one could help me, very disorganized. It's a shame we pay these idiots!, Never use them again!

Now my package is being send back to Windsor!

Lost package
A package that arrived on the 8th has not been delivered yet.(29th) Not a single individual at the Scarborough postal depot can tell me where or what happened to the package. It would be nice if Terri Hobbs or Ms Albina would answer the calls or the messages and try to help the customer.

Where's the mail?
Canada Post it has become a pity in our beloved and civilized country.
More than a review this's a question.
Can anyone please tell me how's possible that important documents mailed to my address by WSIB on January 19/16 hasn't been delivered yet?
You are keeping the above mentioned mail in Scarborough depot,or you are waiting for a celestial intervention before my mail reach my address?9!

I had a package on xpress delivery from Montreal to Toronto, it should arrive in 2 days. Currently it is the 4th day, and they say the expected delivery is in a week! I can drive up to Montreal and buy the item and drive back in 2 days! Totally unacceptable!

THERE IS NO NEGATIVE RATING OUR I WOULD GIVE. Canada Post, in its wisdom, has decided the carrier doing business deliveries (and pickups) in Scarborough out of Progress Road should not start his business day until 1:00. On a good day, mail does not get delivered until after 4:00 p.m. We have voiced how this does not work for small businesses as this is not enough time to get to the bank and look after everything. We are told Canada post is sharing equipment and becoming more efficient. I am fine with my home mail being delivered up to 8:00 pm BUT REQUIRE BUSINESS DELIVERY BEFORE NOON. DOES ANYONE CARE??????

Delivery Failure
They say 'Canada Post will be a world leader in providing innovative physical and electronic delivery solutions, creating value for our customers, employees and all Canadians' but this is a big lie. My Expedited Parcel with rare plants is sitting in delivery facility for 2 days. I can track it on they site and just sit and watch my plants to die. This is my second bad experience with Canada Post. They even never bother to deliver to our Building at 325 Bogert Ave. They just leave it at the local Post Office.They charge big money but do not want to work for it. May be it is better to make this service private like in Europe. Many of those people will loose jobs but the service will improve significantly.Sorry for saying this but people working for the Government lazy and too demanding.
