We hired Lance and his team for a remodel of our small master bathroom in our 90s home. This was our second bathroom remodel but first time using Lance, and the experience with Eagle Ridge was far better than our first.
What stood out immediately was that Lance actually cared about improving the layout. He suggested changes that made the bathroom more functional—ideas none of the other companies we got quotes from even mentioned. We went with his recommendations and are glad we did.
We worked mostly with Alexis and his team, and they were excellent. At the same time, we had water damage repairs happening in our kitchen with a different company, and the contrast was noticeable. Alexis paid close attention to details and genuinely cared about our input, which was not our experience with the kitchen subcontractors.
We were concerned about a potential bait-and-switch with pricing, but that never happened. Any changes were communicated clearly, and Lance was upfront and willing to talk through the final costs.
The only downside was the timeline. We were told the project would take under a month, but it ended up taking about three months. Some of that was due to material ordering issues, but communication throughout was solid and consistent.
Overall, we’re very happy with the result and would absolutely recommend Eagle Ridge—and use them again.

Lance provided a timely inspection, estimate and installation of a shingle roof for my residence. All vents were inspected, sealed and painted to match standard roof color, turtle vents were replaced. Lance always responded quickly to answer my questions and concern. The roofers worked professionally to install and clean up upon completion. The roofers were neat, courteous and respectful. Lance provided a next day work quality inspection. Lance and the team at Eagle Ridge did a great job installing a brand new metal roof for us. They also beat the other estimates we had. Despite some delays from the metal manufacturer, they had the roof underlayment on and sealed almost instantly so the framing could stay dry and they made sure that we were taken care of. The quality of work is top-notch and the roof has turned out amazing. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend EagleRidge roofing. First of all it’s a small company and the owner himself shows up for inspection and estimate so you know they don’t have the normal sales pitch you get like with other roofing companies, anyway Lance Raven the owner looked and fully inspected my roof and this is what i appreciate, not only his bid was the least expensive but he told me honestly I don’t need a new roof quite yet as I still have several years left and don’t need to rush for a new roof. I highly recommend Lance because of his honestly, and Integrity , he also does other projects and construction.
We will use them to redo my roof when time comes.

After getting several bids and going through long drawn out presentations I was mentally exhausted. Then Lance came to give me a bid. I knew within 10 minutes that this was the guy that would restore my faith in humanity. He was attentive to my needs and didn't need to give me a fancy presentation. His bid was amazing and he kept me informed of everything I needed. His crew did an amazing job taking off 3 layers of roofing. The team at Eagleridge did a great job on our roof replacement. We were booked within 2 weeks of contacting the team. The price was good, they came on time, cleaned up after themselves every day, and worked efficiently even in the summer heat. We do wish we had been given more info about the metal sheeting they added around the chimney as it looks a little strange. But very happy with them overall.

I’ve used lance and his team twice now. One for roof and second for bathroom remodel. I have nothing but good things to say. Very prompt, attentive to things that may not have gone right and able to correct, quick and efficient, and great at communicating. I will be using lance and his team again.

Lance quickly came out to inspect our roof and gave us a better quote than other roofing companies to replace our roof. His crew came the next week and finished in 2 days. They also installed a roof ridge vent. I will definitely continue to reach out to Lance about any roofing questions as he will give me a quick and honest answer without trying to upsell me.

WOW! EagleRidge Roofing and Construction did a phenomenal job on my rental property that flooded due to a pipe burst. They did the demolition, remediation and reconstruction in less than a week. They tore out all the wet and damaged materials and then ran their fans, dehumidifiers and heaters to dry out the remaining materials. They treated everything with mold and mildew Kilz and then when everything as dry, they installed new flooring throughout the house, fixed the plumbing and ceilings, rebuilt the walls, painted, remodeled the kitchen and bathrooms, painted, fixed the stairs, affected windows, and even installed a new furnace and water heater. The transformation was AMAZING! You should see the before and after pics. Great work. Highly Recommend. Will Definitely Use Again!

Lance and his boys did exceptional work. My roof is well put together and looks great. My biggest gripe with contractors is that they don't come very quick. He called and the crew came the same day. I'm glad I was home. Everything moved along smoothly. It was great to work with someone who was on top of things. He negotiated with my insurance company, no problem. They were even able to remove and reinstall the solar panels.

EagleRidge Roofing did an amazing job on my roof! They came out and inspected it, provided options for replacement, and completed the whole job quickly! I have little kids, so I was worried they'd leave a big mess and that kids would step on nails in the yard, but they did such a great job at controlling their mess and cleaning up afterwards that I have zero complaints! I would absolutely recommend them to everyone I know.
