Dr. Irene is a very thoughtful and detailed in her eye care. She answered my questions and spent time listening to my concerns. I had an equally good experience with Mason who was also very patient and attentive. I recommend KoKo vision for your eye health and glasses. Thank you for fixing my eye glass arms. I love having my glasses back and being able to wear them again.

I went in for a simple tightening of my glasses and met with Mason. He was very welcoming and friendly! The best part of my visit was that he did not charge a single penny! Rare to see a friendly face like that and the fact he just smiled and said no need to pay for such a small thing. I will be coming here for sure to get my glasses!!

Really great experience here. Dr. Kokoshko went above and beyond to make sure all of my vision-related concerns were addressed. She took her time helping me choose new frames and even offered to adjust my old ones to hold me over until the new pair was ready. Highly recommend!

I walked in here to inquire about fixing a pair of Tom Fords I got for my partner. Mason was so helpful and super sweet. He fixed the glasses on the spot w/o any issues and even encouraged me to come back and bring another designer pair of glasses that needs a facelift. Will definitely be back. Exceptional customer service!

I opened my glasses' case today and discovered that the arm had fallen off my favorite pair of sunglasses—the screw had come out. I popped into Koko Vision to see if they could fix them. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they generously tried several different screw sizes to get the best fit. When I asked, they also explained why the screw tends to come loose on one side (due to how I take them off with one hand) and how I can prevent this in the future. I’d highly recommend them.

Overall great service. The doctor is very nice and Mason is very friendly and client oriented. My fiance and I both got a pair of glasses. I polarized the lenses of my sunglasses the turn around was faster than expected. We really love our glasses, we highly recommend this place.

Despite being past closing time, Dr. Irene Kokoshko stayed longer to complete an eye exam that was giving conflicting results with my previous prescription. She explained everything and was very patient and determined to find correct answers and perform additional diagnostics to make sure. I was explained/given tests I never saw before like the Astigmatism wheel, which helped identify some possible issues with my current glasses! I was even suggested to bring in previous glasses to be analzyed (I lost previous prescriptions) so a more clear/confident eye history could be built, and also simply for their own curiosity. I have never met an optician, or any medical professional for that matter, so personally invested in the field and my health and history to make sure we get it right. Highly recommend! They know what they're doing.
