Check-in this morning at the Ville St-Laurent clinic with my cousin. He spent about an hour with us. It was not planned, Listening, looking, analysing, explaining what might be going on, different possible solutions, approaches and schedule a future appointment with one of his colleagues to get an action plan together with doctors, physiotherapist, etc ....
This doctor is so human, taking time with his patients, listening to them and explaining how his solutions to the situation will help his patient.
