We are so delighted with the quality of work, and the product installed by the men from Armstrong's Heating and Air Conditioning.  They were prompt, clean, considerate, and clearly highly skilled.  A good number of items had to be fabricated and installed. They were pleasant to have in our home and were careful with the doors to keep our pets from dashing outside.  When they were done, they explained how the system worked, in detail, and answered all our questions. They even sent in the warranty paperwork for us. The cost was right in line with what was expected and there were no surprises. We found this company careful, skilled, ethical, and nice people. We live in Steuben County around one of the lakes.

Dave went above and beyond to service our 'no heat' situation.

When my furnace would not come back on after the power outage, Feb. 12, 2019, I contacted Dave Arstrong. He was able to check out my furnace and promptly gave me prices to both repair and replace the HVAC unit. The furnace was fairly old so I decided to have it replaced. Dave was able to get a new unit and replace the original in less than three days. Dave and the install team were professional in every way. I would highly recommend Armstrong HV&A.
