The whole experience has been completely frustrating. I asked for estimates to submit to our insurance companies. My husband and I are told we will receive all the needed information. We complete our initial assessment and are asked for $100 fee. The fee is paid, we receive a quote only for orthopedic shoes, still no prescription or information needed for our insurance companies. When I return home I receive a call saying that they have orthotics for us even though we have not ordered them and are still waiting for all of the information needed for our insurance companies.nReceptionist Erin would not listen to my questions or concerns and when I ask to be heard Erin is upset, stating I yelled at her. At this point she will not talk to me and I speak with the Chiropodist. At this point Chiropodist Sherrill Martin tells me she can get me all the needed information. I inquire why this wasn't provided at the appointment.nBe very careful, I wouldn't recommend even calling this clinic!
