I always have a great experience here! I never feel uncomfortable when I'm trying to figure things out or do math in my head and just standing there. If the staff sees me standing there, they politely ask if I need help. When I say no, they go about their business until I'm ready to check out. They let me just exist as a customer

Had such a fun time shopping at Nail Mall during their promotion event! The store is fully stocked with all the top brands (I was especially excited to see the new Après Light & Shadow collection!), and everything was beautifully organized.

What made it even more exciting was their raffle ticket giveaway — every purchase came with a chance to win prizes! The vibe was upbeat, and the staff was super friendly. I loved discovering Bare Soak’s “Skincare in a Candle” display too — such a unique product!

If you’re in the nail or spa biz, definitely check them out — especially during their demo days or events. Good deals, cool raffles, and so many goodies to explore!

Helen is excellent! She is so knowledgeable and makes her clients feel special and comfortable. Shout out to Trish and Jen they are all the sweetest.

I WILL ALWAYS COME BACK TO THIS PLACE. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I don’t see how this place doesn’t have five stars. I am opening my own salon and am a white younger woman, this was my first time ever buying supplies for my place. I needed to buy everything you can think of. I was worried that because I am younger and knew very little about prices and finding places for good deals that people would take advantage of me. I had contacted my manager who is Vietnamese and he suggested I go to another store. I ended up coming to the NailMall, I liked the look of the store from the online pictures on Google. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very lovely lady named Helen. At first I was nervous about asking questions but I soon realized that she was all about me getting good quality products at a reasonable price, And also made sure I was getting what I need for the type of services and setting I would be working in. She helped me find every single thing on my list and even took pictures of my list and offered to notify me if she got certain things in. The selection was amazing. Great quality products for amazing prices. She helped me and even gave me pointers and information on saving money on products. On some things I was unsure about like brand or sizes, she offered to give me decent sized samples to try out and told me if I needed more before I planned on coming back to Atlanta to give the store a call and she would ship it to my house. Of course you would have to pay shipping, which I don’t mind at all. She also told me that if I dislike products she Recommended that I could come back and try something different. They also have a record of products you have bought so if you run out you can call and when you go for your next stock up, they will have it for you. This place is absolutely a God send and I appreciate the amazing customer service.

Terrible customer service! I placed an online order and one of the product arrived empty! When I notified them, Helen was so rude and told me that when she shipped the order the bottle was full. Really? Then I asked her to send me a new bottle to replace the empty one and she told me that I had to reorder it again (and pay for shipping fee) another $9 on top of the cost of the product. On top of that the website states 15% off on your first web order, well from mobile the code is nowhere to be seen and when I asked her to apply the discount to my account she said that there was nothing that she could do about! False advertising!!! ah and the $50 minimum order is not true either, if I have had reordered the single product it would have been much less than that! Awful customer service! I am now returning all 7 products back to them because of her attitude! Do not buy here!

Wow. Can I just say wow. This place is enormous inside. I have now found my go-to nail tech facility. Just be aware that this is for licensed professionals only. Unless you carry a cosmetology license of some sort you will not be able to make any purchases. Very informative and friendly staff inside. They don't follow you around and out of courtesy will inquire if you need help. But otherwise, they do leave you alone. It can be a bit overwhelming with the amount of professional merchandise that they carry, but take your time. There is a lot to see. I will definitely have to be back.
