Over the years I have used other companies, in other areas, and found there where always surprises at closing that where not disclosed to me through the process. Other companies have snuck in terms inside the fine print, that where not disclosed upfront, leaving me stuck at the closing table with a deal that just isn't quite what was promised. West Coast has always been the most straight forward of any loan company I have ever used. They always deliver on their promises, and do what they say they are going to do.

Carla was awesome! Practically was our underwriter...she was so knowledgeable about what was needed that once our loan went to underwriting they barely asked for anything to finalize our loan. We were super nervous about being able to qualify for the loan, but Carla made it so easy. Thank you!
