I had some bathroom fawcett repairs carried out in my condo last week by Pioneer Plumbing and I just wanted to comment on the expertise and efficiency the two installers displayed in removing the old plumbing shower set and installing a new and water tight replacement. Ashleigh and Steven knew at a glance what was required, and set about removing the old and installing the new in a very short period of time. I found them both very competent and professional. Ashleigh was quite knowledgeable with bathroom fixtures and brought exactly what was required to replace the original bath-tub fawcetts and overhead shower.I was really impressed and grateful for the skill and experience they demonstrated in replacing the ageing infrastructure plumbing at my condo and I wouldn’t hesitate to call on Pioneer Plumbing again for any and all of my needs. Half an hour to come and clean the main sewage pipe of the house, on a rainy, early, Sunday morning.
Even my tenant of the garden suite was happy . He did not believe that the problem he noticed would be fixed so quickly. Thanks to Pioneer quick and efficient intervention we had no damage in the house. Friendly and efficient technician. I will certainly call Pioneer plumbing again, if necessary.

Pioneer was very prompt and professional in dealing with a recent sewer backup. They also had the skills needed to assess the source of the blockage and provided me with advice for dealing with the City of Vancouver to prevent future problems. The technician arrived earlier than we expected and completed the job in less time than we expected as well. I used Pioneer twice in the last month - once to replace a faucet and once to service my furnace. Both times I was really pleased with their service. The office communicated well with me (which often is not the case with companies). The technicians were excellent. They came on time, were polite, thoroughly explained everything to me, didn't try to "up-sell" me like some companies do, and were completely professional. Tired of the Stereotypical Plumber (Grouchy old Man) who begrudgingly arrives late, doesn't explain what they are doing (or does it in a patronizing way) or leaves with no follow-up? Pioneer is none of those. We first met a rep. at a home show, and called them because we needed some work on our faucets in our condominium. Over the years, nearly all of our cartridges, which is the mechanism that mixes the hot and cold water before it comes out of the tap had all worn down to the point where we weren't getting much hot water, especially in our shower.
Pioneer plumbers, a young woman and man, arrived early, sized up the situation, explained what they were going to do, retrieved the parts, and installed 3 new cartridges (leaving 1 intact, as it was relatively newer than the rest). The entire job was less than a day, and the result is that we now get how water in the shower again, and the time to warm up the rest have all improved.
Pioneer checked back with us to make sure that we were happy with what was done. While they are not cheap, I'd say that they are worth it. If you want the job done, have tradespeople who don't talk down to you, and can be assured that they stand behind all of their work, Pioneer is the one to call.

Our toilet was leaking.. Pioneer Plumbing was called and suggested a brand that was reasonably priced and had customer satisfaction with this recommended brand. It was installed and have found it to have a quiet, quick and efficient flush. We are happy with this brand and the quick service of Pioneer Plumbing.

Excellent, prompt and efficient service. My annoying drain clog was cleared and remains clear. Also thank the technician for suggestions and recommendations on how to avoid this situation in the future.

A non functioning sanitary sewer is a nasty experience. I put in a distress call to Pioneer and they were on site the following day. It's an old house and the plumbing is very convoluted and difficult to trace. Pioneer worked diligently with snake and camera but the problem eluded them. The next working day, one of their top guns, Justin, arrived and applied his expertise to the situation. He was able to solve the problem with no additional charge. I am very impressed with their determination to have a satisfied customer
