Pioneer Plumbing and Heating Inc, Vancouver Reviews (16)
We had a minor issue but they were very open for discussion, and the issue was resolved promptly.
I have no hesitation to recommend them to my friends , and call for their service again if needed.
Pioneer plumbers, a young woman and man, arrived early, sized up the situation, explained what they were going to do, retrieved the parts, and installed 3 new cartridges (leaving 1 intact, as it was relatively newer than the rest). The entire job was less than a day, and the result is that we now get how water in the shower again, and the time to warm up the rest have all improved.
Pioneer checked back with us to make sure that we were happy with what was done. While they are not cheap, I'd say that they are worth it. If you want the job done, have tradespeople who don't talk down to you, and can be assured that they stand behind all of their work, Pioneer is the one to call.
Additional business details
We install and service the full spectrum of hot water systems, including radiant in-floor heating, on-demand hot water and hot water baseboard heating, along with all plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, faucets, toilets, standard and luxury shower heads and accessories. We also hook up gas appliances and anything requiring a water connection.
We are Vancouver’s Harden faucets specialists: the company to go to if you need one of these specialty faucets repaired (cartridges in particular), updated (change handles from brass to chrome finish) or replaced. With specialized tools and expertise, we can help you where others only scratch their heads.
Pioneer is also one of the few Vancouver area companies to service first generation Crane water saving toilets, saving our commercial and residential customers hundreds of dollars each year ($300 - $700 in most cases) in replacement costs.
