This visit to Nikki Smith has truly been life-altering in the best way possible as I visited on my birthday (33). Alex was not only knowledgeable in advising me & guiding me on selecting the anklet, her southern hospitality is such a beautiful fusion to experience alongside her professionalism. Alex went above & beyond as well by personally & genuinely congratulating me & wishing me well on my birthday. She assisted me in also redeeming my reward/loyalty points & I not only acquired an anklet, but a birthday necklace, a huggie (the white/green) & a tote. Alex even added 2 charms I previously acquired from the Lower Greenville location onto my anklet & I was intending on using those as keepsakes/momentos. You’re AMAZING Alex! 🤭✨

I had been looking for a waterproof bracelet and a friend told me about this place. I was impressed by all the options and the affordable prices. Julianna was very kind and helpful and made sure I got what I was looking for. I’ve worn my new bracelet for a week straight with no problems! I will definitely shop here again, whether for myself or for gifts.

I absolutely love Nikki Smith! I always have a great experience and have gotten my jewelry from there for a few years now. I always have THE BEST experience when Camille is working. She is so knowledgeable about all the products, greets me and my friends the second we walk in the door, and has the best customer service skills. She is always smiling and willing to help. I’ve had perm done by her a couple times (both bracelets and anklets) and have never had any issues. She’s the best! Overall, love their jewelry and products and this lady in particular.

I really wanted to love the anklets I purchased. I purchased one for myself, my daughter-in-law, and my daughter. The company prides itself on their jewelry not fading, however, it certainly does fade. My purchase was in December and I did not start wearing it until after Christmas. It is now mid May and my anklet has definitely turned colors. I don’t wear it every day, either. Buyer beware! Hopefully one day soon eNewton will have anklets!
05/14/25 Update: I still have the order email and the anklets all say they are waterproof.

I accidentally sent an order to my old address. It was returned by the postal service since no items were deliverable. According to tracking, it went back to where it was distributed. I have tried to get in touch with Nikki Designs through their email several times in the last two weeks and have not gotten any replies. Would love to pay for the package to get sent to the right address or get a refund but no response has really soured me on this business. Update: They made everything right! Got my package in today and I love all the pieces!

Everything is amazing. I want to keep it ALL and not even put it in my boutique. ❤️

Went in the other day with my best friend to get matching, permanent anklets and had such a great experience. Julia was a sweetheart who was incredibly patient as we picked our chain and charm, even though it was nearing closing time. Her kind spirit made the process a worthwhile and enjoyable one— Nikki Smith is lucky to have her. We walked away very happy with our purchase!

The items are pretty but very very tiny - more appropriate for a young teen/preteen. Was hard to get an idea of size from the online photos and my request for further info was not answered. Were sale items so cannot be returned.

Favorite jewelry store in Dallas, such quality pieces for affordable prices, their shipping department is really fast and organized! Jewelry doesn’t tarnish when wet or wearing sunscreen have had for 1 year with no defects.
