She is in a league above all others! Her knowledge is very impressive and not just on showing properties but she can point out things that are wrong with a house and tell you if it’s worth the repair work or not and is 100% up front and honest about it all. She has a firecracker of a personality that one just falls in love with and that makes it so easy to work with her. Her communication and availability is incredible. Once we went under contract, she worked her tail off going back and forth with the other agent, making sure that contractors for repairs were scheduled and that the work they did was top notch. That could NOT have been an easy task and had to have been very busy and stressful to keep up with all at the same time within such a small window of time.
