I have been to a few different medical spas but nothing compared to Pinkal. She gave me the most natural lip fillers I have ever had with a fresh , uplifted Botox facial. She did not try to push me to do anymore than I was comfortable doing . I will stick to only going to Pinkal from now on. It's so hard to find honest ppl now , I trust that she will always do my work exactly what I visualized. I can go back to work on Monday without having to worry everyone will be able to tell I be tell I got stuff enhanced. Definitely worth every penny.

I got half a syringe of filler in only my top lip yesterday and I was expecting a lot of bruising. It is the day after and there are only two tiny dots on my lip, I am so incredibly pleased. Of course you need to follow proper steps and not do things before and after that would cause bruising as well as icing your lip and drinking lots of water afterwards. My injector Pinkal Gandhi was amazing and she really made me feel comfortable as this was my first time. I am very happy with my experience and I highly recommend!

I went to Pinkal for a consultation about removing some sebaceous cysts on my head. She was warm, friendly, and put me at ease right away. She explained in great detail how the procedure would go, answered all questions I had, and quoted me a very reasonable price. I called the next workday to schedule the removal, and booked it for the end of that week.
The procedure itself was as painless as possible, as injecting lidocaine into the scalp is gonna hurt a *little* bit. Once it took effect, she constantly checked in with me to make sure I was still numb, and in the one instance where I did feel a bit of pain, she quickly administered more lidocaine.
She removed 4 intact capsules from my head, being careful to keep them intact so they wouldn't recur. The follow up was just as professional, she had the sutures removed, and in the one site that I was a little concerned about, she examined it further, drained fluid out just to be sure, and brought the swelling down even more.
It was an incredibly positive experience with no judgement, no shame, and excellent care. If you have any growths or moles or anything you want taken care of that you might be embarrassed about, Pinkal will take superb care of you.

Pinkal helped me in times of need, she removed a big wart on my nose. She did it very fast and no pain. Best Experience!

The best experience, I went to Pinkal Medical Aesthethics right before graduation(about 2 days prior) to get a few warts removed, and I’m so glad I did. Judging from the other comments, this is actually a great place for everything cosmetics and enhancements. just don't go there for anything related to footcare honestly. I had quite a bad experience especially after the woman taking care of me said "Can't you cut your own toenails ?" when I asked if she had recommendations for where to go in London and get a good medical pedicure (Which I used to get twice a year in the US). I'm not sure if that's just not a thing in London or if she was thrown off that I am a guy but either way, that's not an answer to give a customer. Her overall attitude and demeanour were something I personally did not feel comfortable with. I also never received my results that I paid 70+ Dollars for (might have been more), I'm not sure if they expected me to trek back to the clinic or me call them for my results but I do not care anymore at this point nor do I wanna go back there anyways. I might have been just used to different standards in my community but there was not much about that experience I would like to repeat except maybe the young lady at the desk who had a good attitude unlike the other lady.

I had a growing mole-like lesion ln my inner thigh. My family doctor said it looks pretty benign but the idea of it growing and that it could lead to something more serious made me decide to go to Pinkal to have it removed. She explained the process and didn’t rush me at all. And during the procedure, that required her to put sutures on me, she made sure I was comfortable and describe what she was doing so I can anticipate what’s next and what I will feel. Her prices were very reasonable as well. I will for sure recommend her to everyone I know. She deserves more credit for what she does because she’s so good at it!

She removed 3 to start and I waited 4 weeks to see how they healed. I was happy with the results and returned to have her remove more. I also had Pinkal perform dermafil injections on the fine wrinkles around my lips. She was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns. She was not rushed.
