There is this dispatcher called Sebastien whom I refer to as the Emperor. Who will decide your fate , there is no flexibility , no argument, and of cause he is never wrong, and if you ever dare to argue for his wrongful doings mistakes or you suspect the price quote was wrong. He will tell you NEVER come back again. He thinks he is really the only one in the world to save your plumbing issues.
Everything goes fine if you bow to his submission (to the emperor ).

I don't know about you but I rather try some where else for at lease I can pay with dignity rather get scalded like a poor kid. Never can I ever imagine this kind of behavior exist in any business.
