The best jewelery store in atlanta by far. We went to over 25 stores in atlanta and couldn't find anything good. Icebox has the best natural diamonds. We ordered a completely customized diamond chain and the workers were really helpful.

Dominique, Jae and the icebox crew always look out when I step in the building. I've bought several pieces and just recently received my first custom ring. Dominique is a top tier sales woman and always makes sure I get exactly what I'm looking and receive excellent customer service!I highly recommend them for quality pieces and now that they sell stock watches not sure I'll be too many other places for my jewelry needs 10/10. Our experience here was unlike anything else! I knew exactly what I wanted when we walked in to Icebox. I looked around for a couple minutes and found a cushion cut yellow diamond that was in a double halo setting. I knew I only wanted a solitaire Fancy Yellow Diamond in yellow gold. Our sales specialist, Dominique was and still is AMAZING!!! She explained how the designer at Icebox would pop out my diamond and customize it. There are many different ways to set a Solitaire diamond. I sent Dominique a couple pictures of a basket setting for my Diamond and they rushed the customization on my ring too. It is absolutely perfect! We have since gone back to see Dominique to create my wedding band as well. Icebox is family owned locally in Atlanta. This will always be our spot to come for jewelry.
