I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Addiction Counselor. I believe life is complicated and sometimes throws things in our path that seem difficult or even insurmountable to manage. I believe we all want to do our best and be our best for ourselves and those we care about. Sometimes we need help to manage those complicated things in our way.
