TACT is professional, caring, trustworthy, and a deeply considerate company that completed a very difficult project in the time of our family loss. The team went above and beyond, repairing broken fences and doors in addition to removal and sanitation of the home. David is a very respectful and empathetic owner, and that is why we chose him. They will be on time, work hard, and completely go above your expectations. Leanne is gracious in her contacts. Our sister passed away in her home. When we gained access to the property, we discovered a hoarding situation and no working air conditioner. After vetting several companies, TACT was the only one with end to end support. TACT brought in a six ton portable AC unit to protect their workers and provide a viable work environment. They managed the bio hazard cleanup first, then the hoarding clean out. When the house was empty, they washed down all the walls, floors and bathrooms. Throughout the process, the TACT team were professional, caring and showed great support to our family. They went above and beyond. Dave, his wife and the entire team went above our expectations. The process to clean up a 2000 square foot home took five business days and four, 20 yard containers which by the way TACT has their own roll off dumpsters. The process was seamless and provided a quick, thorough and caring outcome to a terrible situation. Highly recommend this professional company.

Our home was very cluttered and dusty from years of neglect. We had no biohazard issues but the clutter was severe. Thanks to the team from T.A.C.T., we have our home back! We had a 4 day project, which included everything from trash/junk, to valuables, to donations, and we had a 3 person team each day. They cleaned and sorted and trashed and donated whatever we requested. We cannot say enough about how much we appreciate the hard work put into our home. Taylor, Libby, and Shiloh went above and beyond. Lynn did also, as he was able to repair a broken light switch in our bathroom. All around, a positive experience under the circumstances. The whole team were professional, sincere, and personable. They made something that would normally be stressful something very rewarding. We are forever grateful.
