John Smith, DO, completed his undergraduate work at Utah Valley University, majoring in basic sciences. He then attended Medical School at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, Texas. He then graduated from Family Practice Residency at Long Island Community Medical Center in Patchogue, New York. He completed a Genitourinary Medicine Fellowship at the Smith Institute for Urology in Lake Success, New York. Dr. Smith, is board-certified in Family Medicine and completed a Fellowship in Genitourinary Medicine. Dr. Smith brings a unique perspective to the Division of Urology with a goal to provide high quality, evidence based urologic care in a comfortable and compassionate environment.
