NP 2 GO

I was a weight loss client of NP2Go for 6 months. They provided exceptional service from clinical care to customer support. Their prices are fair, and they always respond to inquiries in a timely manner. I'd recommend using their service to anyone—whether it be a family member, friend, or stranger on the street. If you are looking for a GLP-1 provider, you've found a needle in a haystack that goes above and beyond the rest!

Menopause sucks! But this medication has stopped my hot flashes dead in their tracks and they stay gone. Since increasing my dose, I have started sleeping longer without waking up, at all. Solid 7 hours with zero hot flashes waking me up. My chronic migraine days went from 21 to 2 days. And, oh yeah, I've lost 82lbs now. But when my meds were shipped to my previous residence and couldn't be found NP2GO quickly stepped in and sent me 4 replacement doses (FREE) so I wouldn't experience any disruption to my health. I have truly had the best experience, everything from my initial call to receiving my medicine, (which I got in 3 days) that’s pretty quick right! They have followed up to make sure I didn’t have any questions and have been amazing! They offer a membership plan too that’s one price a month and I can call at anytime with any questions! That price included my medication and any dr calls! They even have an app to help you navigate everything, but I’m not much of a tech person so they walked me thru the whole thing and it has been a breeze!

Had the best experience with NP 2 GO, so professional and all my questions answered, and get this received my medication in 3 days! I’m so impressed. I had been sick and felt icky, dehydrated and had major legs cramps. I called around 1:30 and they had someone at my house by 2:30 for IV therapy. Drayton was so informative and funny. Made me feel right at ease since I had never done IV therapy before. Will definitely recommend to others I know and will use again when needed.

Update Well someone read my review and told they would reach out to me over 3 weeks ago. Funny thing in there message it stated management will reach OUT IN 2 WEEKS 03.

This is my 2nd time using them and sorry to say very disappointed. Let me explain, I was told to log in to my profile and update my payment. I removed all cc that were on my profile and entered a new CC. Tell why in the world my old cc was charged and my bank account I had removed those account. That leads me to believe they keep cc information on file and I was lied too.
Funnier thing is when I reached out and send them a screen shot of the damage they had did my account -$500.00 because of there lack of communication or not paying attention and to top it off I even conformed with he provider at time of visit that they had my discover on file.
I have texted them times and not one reply or a simple sorry our error lets us correct it which is so sad...

I will not use them again or refer them either. The visit ended coasting me way more then I was prepared all due to LACK OF COMMUINCATION.

I have done a 5 star review when I used them back in 2024, great service great staff very easy to do.

Fantastic team! NP2Go is comprehensive in their approach to weight loss. From the introductory appointment to follow-ups. They’re knowledgeable and answer all of my random questions. Unfortunately, insurance being what it is now, I have to send a copy of a paid bill and prescription every time I order, and Np2Go provides that information within minutes. As a nurse myself, I appreciate their customer service and clinical approach to weight loss.

Anytime I have a question, need assistance with insurance issues, or need help with my medication they are there to provide assistance and make sure I get the best care and service possible.
