Lanny has been my mortgage lender for over 12 years and from the day we met he has been nothing but honest and straightforward. Over the years and numerous transactions, he has never let me down. He's not the type to let any grass grow under his feet and moves quickly to get loans approved and closed.
He's somewhat of a mainstay in our area because time and again he has proven himself to be an exceptionally knowledgeable and a trustworthy mortgage lender amongst the community, here in Albany, California. He has even helped my children with their refinances - it's become a family thing! I would never consider using another lender.

Lanny is a solid mortgage broker. He's helped me with a condo purchase and on two other occasions when I needed to refinance my home. If ever I have mortgage related questions or need his thoughts on market trends, current mortgage rates, or ever-changing regulations and things as such, he's always quick to get back with valuable advice.

Lanny Clark is a mortgage broker who really knows his stuff. On top of his home-loan experience, he's so jovial and easy to get along with.
Since we met in 2018 he's helped to get me approved on a loan that was not the easiest to navigate and then went on to help with home refi's on the same property, twice!

To give you a back story - The initial property Lanny helped with was under litigation with the builder, so banks wouldn't touch us which made it a tricky loan to approve. That's when my agent recommended Lanny in the hope he had the resources to find the right lender and sure enough he did.
I honestly don't think Lanny could have handled it any better. From the start he was upfront and made it clear the loan process would be hard but he took the time to delve into my finances and really look into the details.
Where most lenders would have walked away, Lanny never gave up on me and that's what really stood out - he basically stood by my side throughout the entire mortgage process and was like, okay, we're doing this.
To make matters worse, I still had another property that was under my name which stretched my credit and added some complexity to it but Lanny was not deterred. His dedication and experience eventually shone through and I was able to get approved for a conventional home loan which felt impossible at one point.
