Love this place! Came here to fix my phone Liz was very polite and the work on the repair was very good.
I’ve been in a couple of times and Lizeth went above and beyond with her customer service. That’s something that is harder and harder to find nowadays. I would highly recommend to anyone in the Raleigh/Cary/Apex area to come check them out.
Great store and very friendly staff. Liz was very knowledgeable and literally fixed my screen and back in 20 mins. Great price too. Definitely recommend if you need QUALITY phone repairs at very affordable prices.
This place has a bunch of different phone cases and they also repair phones in a timely manner and she is very experienced in what she was doing nice and friendly. I would recommend her to anybody especially after going to a couple different other stores who had no idea of what they were doing
This was the best experience I have had and 2nd time fixing my phone. I will be back for anything else I may need for my phones. She does an amazing job
These guys replaced my daughters screen on a 2020 iPad. Communication via text was superb, drop-off and pickup was on time and perfect work. Lowest price I found as well! I hope they stay around the area once the building is torn down, which I'm guessing is soon.
Waste of time and money. If all you need is a case get it from Amazon or somewhere else. If you need to get your phone fixed find elsewhere as they can’t complete the job they promise and you’ll be both out of money and time.

This is the only place I found a case for my Samsung s21fe. I also changed my battery for my phone for $35. She also installed a screen protector. Check this place out everyone that has a phone is missing out if they don't come to this store
Went into Lizard Cases for some new cases AND she did not disappoint. The customer service was amazing and Liz really helped and brought out all the ideas. Could not ask for better service and would definitely recommend everyone to her. Colors and cases are unique and can’t be found everywhere! She also applied my screen protector in a matter of minutes
