Latecia Gillespie MSN, APRN, CPNP-BC, FNP-BC, CCM, earned her Master of Science in 2016 at The University of Texas at El Paso. Latecia also completed her Family Nurse Practitioner certificate at the University of Massachusetts in Boston in 2019 to become a certified nurse practitioner. She joined Kelsey-Seybold's Family Medicine department in February 2025. Latecia offers primary care for patients of all ages from newborns to older adults.
