Octopus Moving and Storage

Octopus Movers moved me from a suburb of Boston to western Massachusetts two days ago, and I could not have been happier .The two movers were very professional and worked quickly and professionally the entire time . They were skillful when taking apart and reassembling furniture. I would recommend them to anybody who wants their move done in a timely manner.

3rd time using Octopus movers. Always fast, always professional. They protect furniture well and disassemble when necessary. They offer short term storage which was a lifesaver while transitioning apartments.

My roommate and I were moving into a 2 bedroom apartment in Boston from Salem and we hired Octopus Moving Storage for the trip. They packed their whole truck with our things in around 30 minutes and with only a 2-person crew moved all our belongings to the 4th floor of our Boston building in 2 hours with no elevator. This included furniture, appliances, etc. Yes it’s a bit pricey, but definitely worth it since we would definitely could not have done this by ourselves and we also booked week of. I would 100% recommend Octopus Moving and Storage for your next moving trip.

Octopus movers are the best! We had a really challenging move from a tight second floor apartment and they handled it with ease. They took very good care of all of our stuff and got everything done so quickly! I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to move.

Sasha and his team mate were rockstars! I was leaving a very narrow third floor walk up and going to an even narrower second floor walk up. They were efficient, and took proper care of anything potentially fragile. When unloading into the new apartment they took the time to ensure that they were bringing the boxes/items to the right rooms. Very nice and friendly. The move was very strenuous and they had a positive attitude. Great experience, would use this company again!

I’ve used Octopus Moving & Storage for three moves now, and they’ve been fantastic every time. The team is incredibly nice, reliable, and works quickly without sacrificing care for my belongings. They make what could be a stressful process so much easier. They really go above and beyond.

Their storage prices are also very reasonable, which has been a lifesaver when I needed to keep things in between moves. If you’re looking for movers who show up on time, handle everything professionally, and don’t overcharge, these are your people. Highly recommend!

The folks on the phone explained the entire process to me and let me know all the different services they provide. I had a bunch of options for days and start times available to choose from.

Day of, I had a phone call and text message letting me know where the movers were. The two gentleman (I apologize I forgot their names) were so nice and courteous. They were quick and efficient and they wrapped all our furniture to ensure nothing got damaged.

This is the second time I used Octopus Moving and both sets of movers were great guys and attentive to my needs. I was assisted by Sasha and Jay with my most recent move from MA to CT. Very pleasant guys and they made great time. Not only that, but they were both personable. I received quotes from about 5 of the “big name” moving companies and each one was charging almost double what I ended up being quoted to move with Octopus Moving. Highly recommend and I would use them again!
