My name is Josh Cudmore, and I am a licensed realtor based out of Edmonton, Alberta. My passion for real estate began nearly 15 years ago when I started my career in new home warranty sales. Exposure to the real estate markets across Western Canada and my role as Director of Sales helped me to build a strong and extensive foundation in real estate. With my keen interest in sales and marketing, my educational background in business and my passion for helping clients, I naturally transitioned into Real Estate. Fast forward 7 years – One of Edmonton’s top Agents, a diversified portfolio of real estate sales in the hundreds of millions of dollars– everything from entry level properties, high end luxury homes and multi-unit investment deals.
