Carrie completed her undergraduate degree with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2008 from University of Central Florida. She returned to school to complete her second undergraduate degree with an Associates Degree in Nursing in 2012 and Bachelors Degree in Nursing in 2017 from Indian River State College. She has over ten years of nursing experience in cardiology for HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital, including critical care stepdown, cardiac cath lab, and structural heart. She completed her Masters of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Florida Atlantic University in 2023 where she was awarded the Excellence in Scholarship award for the highest GPA.
Carrie is married with 2 children. She is a 4th generation Vero Beach native who enjoys spending time raising her children on her family’s farm, gardening, and exercising.
