Blair Ezbicki joined the practice in 2016. She is a dual certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her Master’s in Nursing Science from South University, her Acute Care post graduate certificate from University of Texas at Arlington and her undergraduate nursing degree from Florida Atlantic University. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a Cardiovascular ICU nurse for 13 years. Originally, from Ann Arbor, MI she currently is enjoying the sunshine in Port Saint Lucie, FL where she lived with her husband, two daughters and dog. She enjoys cooking, spin class and outdoor activities.
