Customer service here is exceptional. Pricing is very good. I purchased composite fencing, which was hard to find in this quality.

The price is reasonable, the reaction is fast, the customer service girl Harmandeep is helpful. Daniel came to measure twice to make sure everything is right. I appreciate it very much! Waiting for Daniel to start the installation and will give the review for assembly and labor after everything is done.
I purchased composite fence from this company over a year ago. It was a pretty poor experience in general. I used their recommended contractor for install. The contractor is a separate company, but it was still their recommendation.
The contractor was nice, but they were loud and obnoxious while on site. They made a huge mess while working, and they did not clean up afterwards. My grass was completely destroyed, mud was everywhere, and there was leftover garbage all over. Especially bad was that there were nails, screws, and sharp splintered wood all over, which was dangerous for my dogs that used the yard.
Van Casa offered to get the contractor back to clean up more, but I declined since I had already cleaned up myself.
The composite boards and posts look good upon initial inspection, but I soon noticed that the quality of the boards was quite bad. After the first rain, I noticed that the boards had many dark stains in them. I contacted Van Casa, and they advised that this is due to some sort of resins or tannins that leak out after getting wet, but they said it was temporary. I was told that I should just clean it a few times and it should go away. 1.5 years later, the stains still appear after rain. I complained again, and again I was told to just clean it.
Another thing I noticed, these composite boards absorb water very quickly and easily. I asked a deck builder familiar with composite boards, and he said this is not normal.
I also have some thinner accent boards at the top of the fence, which was a style that Van Casa offered. These boards are now sagging.
Van Casa was very communicative in the beginning, but now that my issues have persisted after their only solution of cleaning, they have now stopped replying to me. Very disappointed.

I was very happy with the customer service and product sold by this company, I would highly recommend if your looking for quality tile and stone. I live in Kelowna and they shipped it within 2 days and I was installing the rock slabs on the 3rd day. I was so happy with the customer service and product that I ordered another pallet of there quality 6”x24” Black Ledge Stone sold with 6 pieces in each box. They are very good quality and only one piece broke while cutting which is amazing. The colour was also outstanding when I finished my fireplace wall, I am so happy I found there product online which was very fair priced. I have posted the before and after pictures of my project for you to see the quality they sell. I am a very happy customer and will purchase from them again when I start another project.
