Our dog loves Metro Dog (we call it doggie Disneyland) and so do we! What makes Metro Dog, is the amazing staff. They love dogs, are excited to see Kenzo when we drop him off and they take such great care of him. We love the doggie options available from park trips, to enrichment to spa treatments. We board Kenzo at Metro when we are out of town and know he is being taken well care of. We especially love when he shows up on the Metro Instagram post.

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and always so friendly. We've been bringing our pup here for nearly two years—since she was just a tiny baby—and it's been a wonderful experience from the start.
Their puppy socialization program gave her such a great foundation, and we've continued to be impressed with the level of care and attention she receives every time. We always pick up a happy, tired pup who clearly had the best day!

I really like Metro Dog for daycare and boarding. We have a few options around the Bay Area and Metro Dog is by far my favorite facility. It’s clean, well kept and large compared to many others we tried. My pup came home exhausted but not stinky or scratched (something we experienced in the past) this past boarding stay. Now I know my pitty can play rough and she’s well socialized so she can also be super chill. Metro Dog is a great play to bring your fur babies and I highly recommend them, we just signed up our new puppy too :)
We love Metro Dog! Everyone knows our dog Coltrane by name and greets him like an old friend. He absolutely loves his supervised park trips—he always comes home happy, well-exercised, and energized in the best way.
The team does an amazing job making our pup feel welcome and at ease. Coltrane adores Keyon and the entire staff—they’ve truly become his second family. When we come to pick him up at the end of the day, he insists on saying goodbye with big kisses and joyful tail wags. We’re so grateful to have a place where he feels safe, social, and so loved. We started using MetroDog a year ago for occasional boarding and daycare. They are very well-organized and seem very dedicated to the dogs. Our somewhat shy girl seems happy to be there and comes home tired but not as stressed as at other facilities we've used. Thank you for being great caregivers!
