I want to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the incredible work of our management and maintenance teams here at Loren Apartments. Their dedication and commitment to providing a comfortable and safe living environment truly stand out. From timely responses to maintenance requests to their professionalism and friendly interactions, the exceptional service we receive makes a significant difference in our community. Their hard work ensures that our homes are well-maintained and that any issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Garage door never works, car broken into, people pretending to be cleaning crews to try to get into apartments, missing packages.

Unfortunately, I am not able to recommend these apartments to friends and family.

Other than that, friendly and helpful staff.

Update. The garage doors haven’t been fixed for months and resulted in my car getting broken into.

Looks nice from a glance but would not recommend moving here. The walls are paper thin! I can hear the person upstairs talking to Alexa and when they’re on the phone. We even bought a white noise machine and ear plugs and some days that is no help. If you’re looking for a peaceful quiet home this isn’t it.

I attempted to schedule a tour today after requesting one through their website. I received an email stating the leasing office would follow up, but no one contacted me. Despite this, I decided to visit anyway. After waiting for 1.5 hours, I left because no one showed up. A cleaner mentioned that the office staff had gone to lunch at 3:20 PM. It was 5 PM by the time I left, and still, no one was present. I feel like I wasted my time and would not recommend dealing with this level of unprofessionalism.

This place is next to a hotel in the cut. I asked Moe multiple questions about the property and his response was to do my own research. The common areas and bottom floor did not look so clean/well kept. I didn't like the service provided and how this place didn't have any specials or cater to waiving any fees for military personnel because of them being at "97% capacity. I was told there were 2 rooms available one was ADA ... which that wouldn't be helpful for me at all. The area is not so good with traffic in front.

Exceptional Customer Service from Moe!

Moe, I couldn’t be more satisfied with the level of service he provided. Moe was incredibly attentive, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns my wife and I had. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. It’s rare to find someone as dedicated and customer-focused as Moe. He genuinely cares about the tenants. Thank you

Mo (office staff) is an amazing people person who is a great asset to the Loren community. He’s always ready to lend a helping hand when needed and is always friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much for always being here! Our entire maintenance crew and cleaning staff are amazing here. Thank you so much for all that you guys do! It’s been an amazing 1st year here already and I’m lookin forward to a 2nd year! Just renewed! Highly recommended

I would not recommend moving here. To be blunt, if you look at the numerous reviews explaining how when management changed from Buzzuto, everything went downhill, i would say they all appear to seem completely accurate. Ive lived here for 2.5 years. Had no issues my first 1.5. Was very happy, then among other things, all of my current neighbors at the time who i was great friends with moved out, and i shouldve took the hint. The last year has been a horror. Had to make negotiations to not have my lease renewal go up by $600+ for a one year renewal. Multiple fake police reports from neighbors with documentation and suggestions of filing harassment reports. We pay $75 a month for being able to park in an "enclosed garage" that requires a key fob to enter, yet the garage door has worked for maybe a total of 1 month out of the past1.5 years without exaggeration. Each floor has a separate trash disposal, and when one is left open, which is almost daily, the rest of the floors cannot dispose of their trash, forcing them to pile trash on the floors. Not what youd expect when paying almost $2500 for a small 1 bedroom apartment. Research Modera, Tinner, etc. way better amenities for the same price. I dont enjoy effecting businesses income, but we work very hard for our money and deserve to know what to expect ahead of time.

I will say , Keren, the manager, is great, and the maintenance team is always super fast to fix any issues.

I couldnt be happier to be leaving here, and just suggest you do your due diligence and research before choosing this location.

This is my second year living at Loren apartments and it really feels like home.
The complex is very quiet and I feel safe living here. Amazing staff from the front office( Karen and Mo), housekeeping and maintenance staff.
I have no complaints.
Also, Loren has great amenities and is a great location.
