Called for an appointment which was not urgent and got same day service. Dan was on time, polite and worked hard. Will definitely recommend!

I was grateful when Mr Rooter was able to come clean out tree root filled pipes on short notice. They even called and said they could arrange an earlier time spot. Dan was friendly and prompt. Super helpful. Will call Mr. Rooter before RotoRooter for sure next time!!

Excellent service by Mr Rooter. Riu was dispatched to our home immediately and provided knowledgeable answers to my questions. He provided me with an exact cost to replace the water heater. Although he wasn't able to replace the heater that day he was back at our house by 8 am Saturday morning and had the heater installed within a couple of hours. Riu was working on his own that weekend and we really really appreciated that he responded so quickly to our emergency. He even helped mop up the water! I would not hesitate in calling Mr Rooter again.

Dan the plumber arrived on time and began the job immediately. He was alert in his response to properly address the problem with skill and understanding. He responded positively to my questions with explanations that made sense to a layperson. The work was done professionally, leaving no mess or lose ends. Thanks all around. With special mention given to the scheduling lady and her kind telephone manner.

The plumber arrived on time, was courteous, described exactly what he was going to do and did not leave a mess when he was done. The final bill was below the estimated value.

What is a half hour of work worth? I just paid $300 for a half hour of drain cleaning. It had been a couple of years since I needed a plumber and was stuck with both kitchen sinks full of water and a house guest. I was showed the price for drain cleaning and agreed to it, more fool me, I should have booted the guy out the door and called for more estimates, based on time spent! As so little time was taken for the job he threw in a replacement of a seal for free which would have cost $75 !!!. The seal is probably available for a couple a bucks at Canadian Tire or Rona.

Although they were very prompt in coming to my home and gave a free estimate, I was given a quote of more than $800 for the work needed to be done. Feeling this was a bit high, I called in another plumber the next day and ended up having everything fixed for $218. I feel like there was a deliberate attempt to take advantage of my lack of plumbing knowledge. I can understand small or medium price differences, but a $600 difference is just dishonest!
