MVPT Physical Therapy – Buffalo (Temporary Closure) Our Buffalo clinic at 285 Delaware Ave will temporarily close and August 29th will be the last day of patient care at this location as we prepare to reopen in a new Downtown location later this year. Patients can continue care at nearby MVPT clinics in Hamburg, Tonawanda, Amherst, or Depew. Appointments after 8/29 will be scheduled at alternate locations unless otherwise arranged. We're here to support your transition and look forward to welcoming you to our updated space soon.
