Love working with Drew, Steve, Tri, as it is hard to find people you trust implicitly when conducting business. They are always responsive and resourceful in finding product we need at great prices, and ensure that it is delivered on schedule. Looking forward to continuing to work with them.
We worked with Bluewater to have their help with recycling NiMH batteries. They were easy to work and gave us a competitive quote from the beginning.
I am writing this review as a result of a problem I had with them and how they resolved it. Towards the end of the process there was a big road block that left me in a difficult position. I was very concerned because of how little I could do. I emailed my rep after hours and he responded 2x to me after hours which was appreciated. I spoke with Lydia in the morning and she looked into my issue and saw that it was a mistake on their behalf. I HAD to have everything wrapped up the next day to meet a government timeline. She jumped through hoops and expedited the process and got us take care of the same day.
We understand that every business makes mistakes, us included, and that is just a normal part of business. What I feel is most important is how the business responds to the situation. I am completely satisfied and after being through this I know that they will take good care of us, even after the deal is closed.
