Great experience with super friendly staff!
We recently purchased LVP from El Nino and it was the easiest experience ever! If you've ever had to replace flooring, you know that finding the right colour and product can be challenging. We absolutely loved working with Moe as she made it super simple, especially since we could pick out some large floor samples and bring them home to see how the colours did in our home/lighting. The prices are great and the process is simple; a win-win in our opinion! Thanks SO Moe!!

Christian and everyone else we dealt with at El Nino flooring were so friendly and helpful. Christian was very knowledgeable and explained everything so well to us. We also found by far the best deals offered here compared to anyplace else we visited. Quality flooring, very happy.
Vinyl flooring they installed falling apart within a year of installation. Came to see and then blamed manufacturer of floor who blames them. Emailed 3 solutions all requiring more money. If could give zero rating would. No follow thru with unhappy customer. They donāt stand behind their work
We recently hired El Nino flooring for a last minute job and they were able to meet our deadline. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding, and they completed the project on time without cutting any corners. The floors look incredible, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Working with Christian is so easy - he is reliable and always there to answer any questions. I'm very happy with the results and would highly recommend El Nino flooring to anyone looking for top-notch flooring services.
Disappointing Experience Despite Friendly Staff
We recently ordered a carpet installation from El Nino Flooring, and while the staff in the shop were incredibly friendly and helpful, the installation process was a negative one.
From the moment the installer arrived, there were red flags. He accidentally bashed his saw into our front door, which my wife and I chalked up to a mistake. However, the installer's carelessness became more apparent as the job progressedāhe dragged his nail gun up the stairs by its cord, which didn't inspire confidence.
After the carpet was installed (which was done well), we inspected it and were initially satisfied. Unfortunately, the problems started once the installer left. My wife noticed several dents in the walls and large black grease marks, resembling handprints, in multiple areas. To make matters worse, we found several loose staples lying on the carpetāa serious safety hazard, especially as we have small children. We even discovered a staple in the ceiling, which was baffling. There was also a grease stain in the carpet.
When I called El Nino to express our concerns, I tried to be understanding, acknowledging that such issues can occur when subcontractors are involved. However, it still reflected poorly on the company. They promised to make it right, but the next day, they sent the same installer back to fix the problems, which I felt was poor judgment. When he arrived, he denied responsibility for the black marks, claiming they were likely caused by our childrenāwho weren't even home at the time. Despite his denials, we had taken pictures immediately after he left, which clearly showed the damage was his doing.
To make matters worse, after the installer left, El Nino called asking for payment without addressing the issues or offering any apology for the negative experience. It felt like they didnāt truly acknowledge what happened. This situation was handled poorly. Unfortunately, it was a negative experience overall.
