Great selection, friendly communication and good shipping from P-Rex Hobby. Have already ordered twice and both times everything came in clean box, bubble wrap and model kits in mint condition. Communication with their shipping was great; I was kept up to date when it was shipped, when it was out for delivery and when it arrived. Love P-rex! They seem to often have hard to find kits, and a great selection of tools and supplies. I wish I had a local store like this. Shipping and ordering has been very easy and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The dealer was quick to deliver the goods. Shipping was top notch. Communications smooth as ice. I am very happy customer and will shop from P-Rex aagain.

Regarding the quality of the model itself it was quite good as I've come to expect from the Figure-rise Standard Amplified series of models and I'll always reccomend them for easy to build but still fun models, but unfortunately as for the shipping there were some issues, as a first time buyer from the US I did have some worries over the cross country trip, and I do understand things happen, I'm unsure of when it occurred in the process but the cardboard box was crushed along one side with nothing to protect the model box on the inside of the very snugly fit cardboard shipping box, the model box itself was warped and torn in several spots and bent in others, and inside the box several pieces of the model kit were loose in the bags after snapping off but thankfully none of the model pieces were actually broken in the process. Considering shipping was 30$ for a roughly 50$ model kit and still being damaged, overall not the best shipping experience and delivery, but being shipped in a little over a week was a nice plus despite the crushed side. Likely an issue with international shipping more than anything but it would have been nice to have some form of protection in the cardboard box or at least some level of wiggle room for the box to shift as a failsafe for poor shipping quality, I like keeping the boxes for my model kits for display purposes and unfortunately due to the shipping this is one box that likey wont end up on my shelves.

I got tons of Gundams from P-Rex. They don’t have the best price(sorry to say that but you could actually find some better deals on same model kits elsewhere). But they do offer good customer services. They massed up my order once but they they offered a fix right away.

My son just enjoyed his SD / BB / HG Gundams as much as I do. I also purchased few sets as Xmas gifts for my friends’ sons.

Searching on their site was easy, and shipping was fairly priced and quick! Definitely will buy from them in the future!

DO NOT Pre-order Trading Cards from this store. I pre-ordered a One Piece Anniversary set in January 2025, and then they cancelled my Pre-order seven months later, ONLY TO LATER RELIST THE PRODUCT AT +250% of the price that I pre-ordered at. These people are disgusting. No Integrity. They lied to me saying they didn't get any product, cancelled my order, and then they INCREASED the price. They refunded me the money, but at that point, I coudn't get the same product from other places for the price that I had pre-ordered. WASTE OF MY TIME. AND MONEY. seriously, these are the most unprofessional people. I am irate with them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Terrible.

Ordering with P-Rex Hobby was excellent. Their prices are low, their shipping options are excellent and my package arrived in perfect condition! I'm very satisfied and I'd totally order with them again!

Toronto customer here—my MG Gundam Vidar arrived in just 2 days, best price around, double‑boxed with foam padding inside so the kit was pristine. Five stars for P‑Rex Hobby!

Bought an item with them and never got it. They held my money and waited about 3 months because they coudn’t find it in their storage. Website says 3-7 days delivery within Canada. Please be accurate with your website.

My first order went smoothly since it was a preorder, but my second order which is in stock still hasn’t shipped after three weeks. I reached out to customer service and was told they were moving warehouses and was told that my order would be fulfilled the following week and got a10% discount. I’ve now been told this twice, yet I’m still waiting.

I understand logistical challenges, but the lack of proactive communication is frustrating.

Ordered in Jan 31 and it is almost a month and still no fulfillment…

Updated: Received the item after a lengthy delay, was able to reach P-Rex ultimately. Moving from 1 stars to 3 stars. The item was not packed in such a way the box was able to withstand the weight of being packed with other boxes - being a collectors item its disappointing when the collectors box is damaged on arrival. The item itself was not damaged and I am happy with it.

Original: Ordered an item a week ago, hasn’t been fulfilled or shipped. Haven’t been able to reach them through support. Outside of the good reviews on google it feels very scammy at this point.

My purchase was shipped expeditiously and it was packed well upon receipt. Hopefully P-REX will receive the upcoming MoShow Toys mechas because I look forward to purchasing from P-Rex again!

I have ordered in this website 3 times already and they have good prices and good online website interface, however my first order took 9 days for them to ship and the box was also damaged when it got delivered. :(
