Concept M was amazing to work with! We are so pleased with our stairs project. From the technicians, to the manager/customer Service, to the installation team, it was an absolute pleasure to work with them to make this great project come true. We would work with Alex and Etienne again in a heartbeat!!!!

We were looking for a "live edge" table for our dining room and after getting a quote from a local fabricator and being informed we wouldn't know what the end product would look like until it was delivered, we were anxious about going forward. I felt like we were rolling the dice. We went home and that night started searching for other furniture makers. We randomly happened to come across Concepte M Rustique and after seeing some of their products, contacted them the next day to make an appointment to discuss what we wanted. Alexandre offered to meet with us on a holiday Monday and presented us with an idea for a table that was exactly what we were looking for. We met with Neil to pick our slab and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was able to exceed what we had envisioned and when he showed up to deliver it we were absolutely blown away! The table is perfect! We couldn't be more pleased with the end result, so much so, that we decided to have Mickael and his team design and create a new sideboard/buffet to go with our beautiful table! If you're thinking about getting them to build you something, do it! You won't regret your decision.

I came across their products when I was in search of a unique dining table, and it didn’t disappoint! I had specific design details in mind (ie black epoxy, with a block base), and they were able to fulfil my request. Provided me with a beautiful black walnut table (sourced from Alberta) and customized a black wooden base for it. The delivery process was smooth and the table was wrapped up seamlessly! The people who delivered the product were very pleasant and friendly, not only did they move my table and orient it the way I asked, they also carefully assembled it and wiped it clean! It’s very clear that everyone in this company cares for their products and clients, and I would definitely purchase from them again in the future!!

Exceptional products , high quality with a very rich finish to it , its by far the best furniture you can get and its 100% made locally by hand ! 10/10

Concept M Rustique(Michael) and his team were awesome back in 2021 when my wife and I purchased! Came from Gatineau to Montreal to deliver and install our dining and coffee table set. Couldn't have asked for a more professional or creative process and he's a nice guy🤣💕 Merci encore Mickael....We're art collectors!

Went to purchase a custom bed frame. I got to select the wood slab and design directly with the owner. The experience was excellent, customer service and attention to details is off the charts. I strongly recommend, their product is unique and the finish is outstanding!
