NO HOT WATER !! August 07, 2020
Searched around , hit on APOLLO PLUMBING LTD. and ZIAD answered the phone .
He was on the tools as it was late into the day. Gave him my Capacity- 40 U.S. Gal
Input of 31500 BTU's Natural Gas all off of my Old Tank , told him it was installed April 16, 1997. ( 23yrs. 4 months )
State Water Heater "Censible "
Mentioned to ZIAD I wanted Remove, Supply & Install with NO Extra's. Also asked for a Seniors Discount as have been a member of ( C.A.R.P. ) and which no other company's would entertain. But without hesitation ZIAD said YES at 10% ( Now that is Professional to a Senior's Ears.) Then said he would finish the job he was on ,pick up a tank, and be here in approximately 2.5 hrs. No and's if's or but's. He wanted and asked for the work. ( The sign of a Professional ) ZIAD was Cordial and Professional throughout the whole process, both checking his work and answering my questions.
Remember FOLKS....Cheap is EXPENSIVE, the lowest quote is not always the right one!
I now count ZIAD as a new Friend and APOLLO Plumbing Ltd. as my Plumber.

I got estimates after work was complete to ensure price was fair, and found that it was MORE than fair.

Had a leak in my hot water tank on a Saturday night. They sent someone right away, and had it replaced in no time. I was very surprised that I wasn't charged an after hours fee.
