Verda Hicks, MD, is a fellowship-trained gynecological oncologist with Saint Luke’s Cancer Specialists. Dr Hicks has extensive training treating preinvasive vulvar, vaginal, and cervical disease. She is passionate about cancer prevention, especially types of cancer that can be prevented with vaccination, such as cervical, vaginal, vulvar, anal, and head and neck cancers. She also has interest in genetic counseling and testing for patients at risk for familial cancers of breast, uterus, ovary, and colon. Dr Hicks is committed to her patient's needs during chemotherapy, as well as post-chemotherapy follow-up and survivorship.
