Me and my wife where just starting to look at the housing market and we seen a listing popped up that we where interested in and Chad was the listing agent on it, I had know Chad from years ago when we played poker together, we told him our story of how we where just starting to look and are getting ready to sell our home and with no hesitation he gave us a picture of what to expect and how the market is doing and all the in and outs of everything (without even being hired by us yet) he never pushed us with trying to get us as clients was all around a very professional and transparent. My wife and I called Chad up a couple days later and our journey began! We saw property’s with acreage, some with complete remodels, some questionable, and a few we fell in love with but every step Chad played “Devil’s advocate” and gave his opinions about each listing and asked the hard questions to us each time to bring us to reality and if it’s a good options for us and our 3 kids. All at the same time he was organizing the sale of our house with pictures, 3D prints and the webpage so when we did find a home we could list instantly. Every time we called he responded instantly and made viewings happen on the fly! We finally walked through “The one” and Chad planned everything out for us, within 2 days we had an approved offer on the house and within the week our house was listed! Our house sold 4 days on market for well over asking price! All the planning came to fruition! Chad maintained a very professional approach the whole journey and to this day our kids ask when is Chad coming back to the house?? We've known Chad since summer 2011, when we were in the market for a new home and had to sell the house we owned. Through the whole experience, Chad had our backs and helped us buy a house that totally met our needs in a wanted neighbourhood with low availability. We bought in 2021, in the peak of COVID fury where the housing market was difficult to navigate. I went to Chad as he had been the realtor for my parents when I was a kid.

The process was exciting, scary, and at times discouraging, but Chad really helped keep our expectations where they were. He wasn't afraid to point out issues with some properties, and met us at our level when it came the quality of life we wanted to live. I appreciated the honesty and I think his judgement was spot on every time. His deep knowledge of the market, even one that was chaotic, really helped us put in offers at a price that was competitive but fair.

Chad communicated with us as well as the other realtors, so it always felt like we understood what was going going in. Eventually we found a house we really liked. Our offer lost to a conditional offer, which was discouraging but Chad kept tabs and eventually the conditional offer fell through and we were able to resubmit our offer, which was accepted.

The real whirlwind happened after, and Chad really helped me keep on top of financing, lawyers and signing documents. I can't stress enough how fast this all happens, and without Chad's guidance things would not have gone smoothly at all.

My wife and I were introduced to Chad Moore in the fall of 2015. We were relocating for my job from Barrie to Sudbury. Not familiar with the town at all, I was introduced to Chad through a referral from my agent in Barrie. From the moment we met with Chad we were instantly comfortable. Our intent was to look waterfront properties. Chad did show us a few but very early on figured out that what we needed was not waterfront (we have two kids and needed to be close to schools and amenities), but something more suitable for our family. Chad almost instantly had a feel for our style as well. He was able to pare the list of houses down to a manageable amount on the weekends that we were coming up to look.
