Was disappointed. They took my order for a jt proflex mask, only to find out a few days later - because I called- that they did not have it in stock. I asked to have another mask to replace my original order. Like the first order, although the website said they had the item, I was told after an email that the second mask was also not in stock. My order was then cancelled and refunded.

Excellent customer service with everything from starting out, to advanced ballin, Coming from Ohio, Will be returning to purchase more products. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get into paintball or just beed to restock!!

Horrible company.. bought an item that turned out to be the wrong type of kit the person wanted. Called and emailed about exchanging/refund the very next day after receiving after.several attempts and a week later they finally responded telling me they will not allow a exchange or a return of a unopened item. Horrible customer service and probably a scam company.. Do not buy from them.

I Do not live in the area and visited this place for a few things needed for my sons Christmas presents. They not only provided me with amazing a friendly service but helped me realize I was sold bad product from another store. I met the owner and owner of Urban Assault, my son and I will be visiting them based on the great interaction I had with them. I appreciated them!

Great staff with hands on advice. Price was better than competitors online and helped me outfit myself and my sons with full kit. Awesome awesome people!
