Bought and had my machines delivered to the CM machines in the past. This company has a team of great experts from fabrication to the electricals not to mention the choice of having the machine certified and safety tested. There price is pretty fair and got my equipment delivered before the promise date. Highly recommended company .

1. My friend shared your youtube video with me. After taking a look at the comments, you asked the commenter to reach out for a quote. I did exactly what you said in the comment.
2. I now understand that you have a lot of spam emails, and that was a reason for such a reply. This thing was not clear in the email. And it is still not ok to say that you will not sell any products to a customer and ask them to go to another company. A regular person will find it humiliating(Suggestion: Please keep it transparent with customers. If you feel like it's a red flag, at least let customers know about it. A simple response just like you did on my review would have made it so much simpler.)
3. I have checked your company’s validity from the ontario business registry, and it is legit. I was asking for this same information in the email.
4. It would be way more efficient if you asked those questions on the quotation request page.
5. I can definitely provide you with all the information that you need because I checked the business registry, which confirms that you are a legit business. But a reply from you asking me to find another company, I'm not sure if you would sell it to me and treat me with respect.
Also, I will definitely change my rating based upon our further interaction.

This business made me suffer, took my meat grinder for repair and for two months it neither kept its promise nor delivered the machine. In my opinion, reliability is zero.
I bought 4 meat trolleys and their buggy wash frame and I am very impressed. They are great quality and I would not hesitate to buy from them again. There was a issue with the shipping due to covid and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. Amazing team
We just received a Maga Meat Press From CM Machine Service that we ordered from Europe. The machine is an outstanding performer and very easy to clean which is a bonus.
