The staff needs a lesson in customer service. We have had Homer's a few times and thought it was all right. Last month we ordered two XL pizzas for pick-up. They were cold, burnt and really tough to chew. We ended up throwing them in the garbage and called to complain. We were offered a 35% discount off our next order. Fast forward one month and decided to try them again using the discount. I spoke to two different people explaining the previous incident. They did not have any record of our complaint and the arrangements which had been made. I could provide the name of the person I spoke to, the date and specific details. The first guy wanted to know who burnt the pizzas ??? and the second person said she had to call her boss and they never called back. Sorry Homer's, we're moving on. There are too many pizza joints in this town which offer good service and good food.
Having ordered from Homers for several years, we have noticed the quality and service to decline. We order large quantity for an industrial shop here in Saskatoon and it seems as if the service is based on if they feel like it or want to provide it. The issue that ended our use of Homers was ordering for a two separate lunch seminars of fifteen people per group. The first day Homers didn't show, didn't call and didn't answer the phone. When we did finally contact them they said they forgot, sorry we will make sure your next seminar is covered. Guess what, they didn't show up again, no call no phone call no PIE. Warning, if these guys dont have the time or intellect to service their good clients, Id hate to think what little emphasis they put on quality and yes sanitation. BRUTAL
