Gino's Pizza

I've gotten Gino's a few times from this location as I live really close by. Every time I have order it has been incorrect and the staff as well as managers try to argue with me about my order. Tonight I ordered a panzerotti and bread sticks. When I got the order I realized they messed up once again. They gave me the mini panzerotti and cheesy bread with garlic. When I called the store back to see if I could get my order fixed the girl was arguing with me saying I should have told them that I wanted the bigger size and that it wasn't cheesy bread with garlic that I wanted. I must add that during this whole conversation I was remaining calm and respectful. I explained to her that I have worked at pizza places before so I understand that there are mixups but I would really appreciate it if I could get my order changed for what I wanted. She then put the manager on the phone and he started arguing with me telling me if I wanted something different that I had to pay for the change of order because it isn't their fault that my order was wrong it's mine.

With the manager and the employee spoke to me and disrespected me it is safe to say I am never going there again.

Horrible service and horrible managers.

Placed my order, when it finally arrived both my pizzas were made wrong. Wrong toppings, wrong size, and wrong flavoured beverages. Not happy. Quick tip, order somewhere else.

so placed order online told order could not be filled cause the closest store was closed and i was asked to call in to place order so I did waited about 20 min got a call telling me they dont the stuff to complete a order for a med. pizza with 4 toppings! not sure why it took 20 mins. to figure that out but it is the last time I will order from this place what a complete waste of my time!

I'll keep this short and simple. It's decent. Went here the odd time when I got sick of the other pizza place across from Fanshawe College, as well as when I worked at a packaging place down the street way back in 2002.

I doubt I'll ever go back because I'm rarely in that area, at least on foot.

This store is family run and I have to say it is run very well. Even though once in a while you see hired employees making your pizza it is still well dressed. If you get your pizzas made by one of the family members which I now always do, you will be very satisfied. They give you more than enough toppings. I don't mind paying the extra $1 or so(compared to other pizza stores) to have the pizza taste great and well dressed.
