Dr. Brock Mullenbach is a board-certified sports medicine and physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) physician with fellowship training in primary care sports medicine. He earned his medical degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University. He completed his internal medicine internship at Advocate Lutheran General in Park Ridge and his PM&R residency at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab/McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University. He then completed his sports medicine fellowship at Loyola Medicine MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn.
