Outstanding, as always! I am celiac, so I must eat gluten free and avoid cross contamination. This place was not only able to make a safe meal for me, but I didn’t even have to explain myself! The second I said celiac my waiter just nodded and told me they handle allergies all the time. On top of that, I didn’t have to pay extra for gluten free pasta noodles, which I was really appreciative of. The food was amazing! I ordered the (gluten free fryer) calamari, the carbonara, and the truffle pasta, and all three were delicious. The carbonara was a personal favourite, as the dish was so rich and creamy. Beyond the food, the waiter was so lovely, he answered my celiac questions easily and kindly, and they gave us such a cute table on my request. Also, shoutout to the hostess because her outfit was amazing. 10/10 will return.
Stumbled upon coming here and was taken away. The atmosphere is very nice and kept very clean. Service was quick, polite and very attentive. We eat the rigatoni bolognese, Ravioli Bolognese, and Bacon Alfredo pizza. The pizza dough i think is one of the best I ever had, really enjoyed every bite. Keep up the good work, excited to come back and try other stuff on the menu.
I went to this restaurant for my birthday dinner, and it was such a great experience! The place itself is beautiful and nicely decorated. The food was amazing, the canestri alla vodka was really good, but the mushroom cavatelli was easily my favourite dish of the night. Our waitress was so sweet and attentive, which made the whole evening even better. Overall, a really great experience and definitely a spot I’d recommend for a nice dinner or celebration!
Went for the Summerlicious lunch but they have a very similar set all the time (app, main, dessert). The vodka pasta was amazing with the perfect sauce and pizza was great as usual. The tiramisu was a little soft and the lemon cheesecake was a bit too tart for my personal liking. Overall very happy with the meal.
Our Summerlicious dinner at Piano Piano on Bloor Street was truly delightful. The $45 menu offered excellent value with an appetizer, main course, and dessert, though we found some dishes stood out more than others.
The chopped salad completely redefined our expectations for what a salad could be - fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. For mains, the mushroom cavatelli impressed with its creamy texture and rich umami flavor, while the bacon Alfredo pizza arrived freshly baked with delicious, high-quality toppings.
We did find the desserts (tiramisu and lemon cheesecake) sweeter than our personal preference. For those who enjoy more subtle desserts, you might want to consider ordering from the regular menu instead.
The restaurant's atmosphere absolutely charmed us - elegant yet welcoming, with plenty of photogenic corners perfect for capturing special moments. Service was attentive without being intrusive.
While we loved most of our meal, the dessert selection makes us consider ordering à la carte next time. That said, Piano Piano remains an excellent Summerlicious choice for food that's as Instagram-worthy as it is delicious.

Piano piano is always an easy and tasty go to dinner. We sat on the covered patio which was very nice. Their hot honey pizza is something I always look forward to. The pasta is fresh and flavourful. The staff is also kind and knowledgeable!
We had an incredible meal at Piano Piano and are already planning our return visit. We started with the burrata appetizer with roasted grapes— the pairing was phenomenal!
For our mains we had the egg-yolk ravioli (which was very yummy and fun) and the fungi pizza with hot honey (don’t knock it until you try it!). We finished with the tiramisu which was a great way to end our meal.
Highly recommend Piano Piano for a night out. The food was great and service was excellent! We’ll definitely be back!

I recently dined at this restaurant, and overall, it was an amazing experience! The food was absolutely fantastic. I ordered pasta, and it was genuinely the best I’ve ever had. The drinks were also incredibly well-made, and the dessert was the perfect sweet ending to the meal. The only minor downside was that the place was a bit smaller than I had anticipated. However, the staff more than made up for it with their friendliness and exceptional service. They were all so attentive and really seemed to enjoy their jobs, which made the whole visit even better. I highly recommend this spot!
I had eaten at the restaurant that was previously there a year or so ago and it was overpriced and mediocre- so I had never gone back. When I heard Piano Piano had taken over this location, I was intrigued as I had eaten at their harbord location. Last night we had the most increadible meal. The flavours so unique and so delicious . The salad, the appetizers, the pizza, mains and sides were all incredible. We were so stuffed we were unable to finish our meals and had to take home doggie bags. We were so surprised that it was not more popular and busy for a Thursday night. It truly was an amazing food experience , probably the best Italian in the neighbourhood, so much better than Giulietta. Even the service was exceptional, this quite reserved and attentive waiter and not always in your face or pretentious. Do yourself a favour this summer and go out and dine and Piano Piano and have that great Italian dinner. The price was also affordable. $300 for 4 people including alcohol.
Always an out of this world dining experience at Piano Piano.
This is now the 4th of their locations that we have visited. The atmosphere is exquisite. The food - top notch. We went for their Mother’s Day brunch menu which was so lovely including their watermelon salad. Very cute partnership with a local florist to provide bouquets at the restaurant for that element of surprise.
The bacon in the Caesar salad is massive. The French toast pizza was super fun as a desert!

We came as a party of two with reservations on a Friday night. The restaurant was fairly full.
Having been to the Colborne location before, the vibe here was totally different. We felt a bit overdressed, as most people were wearing really casual clothing. The other location definitely had a more upscale ambiance.
We ordered two types of ravioli (the egg yolk with truffle was very good in particular), as well as some drinks and the salmon crudo.
The salmon was tasty, and we could tell it was really good olive oil used. It lacked texture, so some bread or crostinis would have paired nicely.
The ravioli tasted similar to the other location, which is excellent. Can't go wrong with the pasta dishes from this chain!
Service was the main issue here. It was incredibly slow and fairly unapologetic. There was "miscommunication" with our order, and we had to watch as tables seated after us got their food first. We were told multiple times that the food would be "just another minute". Spoiler: it was not just another minute. We waited over an hour from when we were seated before getting our entrees, which really soured the experience. No real apologies or discounts or amendments, which I wasn't expecting but it would have been a nice gesture considering the huge wait.
Overall the food was good, but due to service issues and ambiance I'd visit other branches rather than this one.

Came here for lunch and it was amazing! Service was 10/10, food was amazing, and the overall atmosphere was nice. Our server was attentive and sweet. The manager was very kind and came to speak with us to ensure everything was great. I can’t want for their patio to open!
We went here for their lunch specials. I wish my expectations were met but everything they served was just too salty. From the dips to the breading to the pasta. If I ever come back I'll request for half the salt they use.
Have been to their harbord location many times to celebrate a number of special occasions, including on New Year’s Eve, and decided to check out their new Bloor location for a change. Same wonderful quality that lives up to the Piano Piano standard. Especially recommend their happy hour and lunch specials.
loved it - had the egg ravioli and holy moly it’s rich. the bread is amazing. lovely rosemary negroni. great service from ziana! highly recommend, make a reso, and eat to your hearts content!
Celebrated my belated birthday here with close friends and had a lovely dining experience. The food was solid, and everything was well-executed. The pizza is a must-order, and the caviar on a donut is an interesting combination. For dessert, I highly recommend the carrot cake—it has a cool presentation and makes for a satisfying finish. You can’t go wrong with Piano Piano!
Piano Piano is an absolute must-visit in Toronto! From the warm, inviting ambiance to the outstanding food, every detail is carefully curated for an unforgettable dining experience.
We started with the whipped burrata with roasted grapes and toasted focaccia, which was the perfect combination of creamy, sweet, and crunchy. The prosciutto and parmesan dish was a standout, beautifully layered with salty, nutty, and tangy flavors. The pepperoni pizza had a perfectly blistered crust, a rich tomato base, and just the right amount of spice. The lobster pasta was indulgent, creamy, and packed with fresh seafood flavors. But the most unique and luxurious bite of the night? The smoked salmon & caviar donut, an absolute showstopper that balanced salty, creamy, and umami flavors effortlessly.
Service was fantastic—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the menu. The atmosphere is upscale yet welcoming, making it an ideal spot for both casual nights out and special occasions.
Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Such a good spot! I came with a friend right after the opened and the vibes & food were 10/10.
The space: Extremely cool - it’s attached to the old paradise theatre and has two floors. It’s not too big and has a great energy. I’m definitely coming back in the summer for the patio.
The food: Also really good - we got the caviar donut, Calamari, and whipped feta as an app. The caviar donut kind of blew my mind. The Calamari was also really good - it was actually pieces of squid, not these frozen rings. The veal was hearty, potatoes were crispy, and the egg yolk pasta was quite good. I would have swapped the veal for the steak though - it looked awesome.
The service: was awesome - the staff were really friendly and attentive! We even got a little tour of the space :)
Overall I’d definitely come back here for a date night or patio drinks once it warms up!

After hearing about this restaurant for a while, I finally got to try it out for my friends birthday. The ambience was really nice, and service was great as well. They had coat check, and we were very well attended to. I got the Egg Yolk Ravioli as my main and it was good! But my favourite part of dinner was the Donut & Caviar, it was an explosion of flavours! Only complaint is that it was a chilly in the restaurant.
My new favourite italian spot in Toronto. The location is amazing with beautiful interior design. Came all the way down from Richmond Hill specifically to try it out and it far exceeded our expectations.
The executive chef Tristan was there while we were dining and took time out of his meal to come see how we were enjoying everything and made the whole experience that much more special.
Dorian was our server and she provided the best restaurant service I’ve had. She was so friendly and knowledgable about the food they’re serving and clearly very passionate as well.
Rod was the bartender and absolutely crushed it on the cocktails. He made my fiance a peach ginger bellini with bubbles and gin extra and it’s a cocktail that has to make it to the menu. She doesn’t drink much but she loved it so much I only got one sip.
I will undoubtably be coming back here with all my friends and family as much as possible!!!
