I had some window vinyl signage done by Juan-Carlos a few years ago and it has started to fail. I brought it up to his attention, but he proceeded to quote me pricing to replace it, rather than fix the problem.
A few months ago, I got a few quotes for another project, and his quote was significantly higher than the competition. When I advised him I hired someone else, he was insulted and stated that I only look for cheap work. Funny enough, his over-priced work has failed in an unreasonable amount of it
