The manager of your branch at 17 Avenue SW Calgary AB is the worst staff I have ever met as he has no customer service skill. I lodged a complaint and got a harsh and rude response from him. He even used the f..word to show how angry he was at a customer> I suggest you caution him before he takes the name of your company to the mud!!!
