The moving team was prompt, professional, and very careful with my belongings. They packed everything securely, moved items efficiently, and delivered everything safely. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend their service.

After getting several quotes for movers I went with GoPro based off the initial quote provided. Ivan quoted 2 - 2.5 hours + 1 hour travel time (mandatory fee) for my 1 bedroom condo move to a community less than 10 minutes away. Considering other companies had quoted the same I anticipated it would be max 2.5 hours + 1 hour travel time.

The 2 movers took 2.5 hours to just load my items. Everything was in totes that could be and I had the following furniture: couch w/chaise, ottoman, 2 small TV cabinets, 4 bar stools (stacked), desk, desk chair, peloton, queen bed frame, mattress, boxspring, 2 side tables, dresser, 2 mirrors, 2 plastic anorak chairs, 2 TV’s).

The team was using flat dollys, would have been more resourceful to use a “hand truck” dolly for items like the totes, etc…

Once I let Ivan and his team know that the elevator booking at my new place only had 1.5 hours remaining they managed to offload everything within an hour once they arrived & it was the quickest I saw them move all day.

I am disappointed, the reasoning given for the lengthy loading time was the fact they had to walk down the hallway (5 units) to the elevator and down the hallway ( 3 units) to the door to the truck which was 4 meters from the door. I regret not speaking up sooner since the team would take down a load and be MIA for 10-15 mins each time.

The whole point of hiring movers is so things are done quickly, I could have done this move myself with a friend in the same time frame and saved myself $666!

I anticipate this review will be met with some excuses from the owner but have attached photos that show the hallways, path to the truck & and overview of the packed totes.

If you want to pay almost double what you were quoted go with GoPro.

I had an incredible experience with GoPro Moving during a very challenging move from downtown — right in the middle of heavy snow! Despite the tough conditions, Ivan and his team handled everything with absolute professionalism and a great attitude. They carefully wrapped and protected all of my belongings, and everything was packed securely in the truck with precision. Go pro moving did an excellent job with my move. I moved from a 1 bedroom apartment and they arrived early and got to work immediately. They moved everything quickly, and carefully. When they got to the new apartment they set up my sofa, bed and other furniture just as it was before. I am very pleased with how the move went, they wasted no time and they secured all my furniture and appliances. They pricing was also very fair, and exactly what I had budgeted for, they worked hard on my move and I am grateful they were so friendly and punctual. Wonderful service, I highly recommend.

Fantastic service at the BEST price after getting multiple different quotes from other top rated companies. Ivan and Vlad very friendly, professional, and worked extremely fast. They were super communicative, texting calling and even FaceTiming to make sure they had the correct items. We had them move a couple fragile items and nothing was broken, there weren’t even scratches on the wall. On the move in, everything was stacked so neatly as you can see in the photos, I couldn’t have done it better myself. They even set up our living room!
