About Sana Physical Therapy, PLLC
Sana is a Physical Therapy, Pilates and wellness collaborative providing Orthopedic and Pelvic floor PT, private and group reformer based pilates sessions, birth prep, balance classes, massage therapy and nutrition counseling. Sana sets itself apart by providing our Physical Therapy services in an individualized one on one hour long session. We do not utilize PT aids or assistants and our PTs work with only one Patient at a time. Sana Pilates and fitness classes take place in a state of the art Balanced Body Pilates studio.
