Before starting Smooth Movers, I owned a sailboat rental company for 4 years in Nantucket, Massachusetts. After that, I owned a local wood shop serving the waterbed retail stores for 6 years. Then finally, in 1989, I started a moving company that 30 years later has become one of Palm Beach County's top moving companies! There’s plenty of moving companies out there, so why Smooth Movers? Because those companies don’t have the consistency in their work or in reliable, well-trained employees. Our trucks are neat, clean and stocked with the latest moving equipment to create a safe, working environment. Although we conduct moves anywhere within the state of Florida, Palm Beach County is our most popular area.
