They were so helpful and took care of everything during this stressful time.Grieving the loss of my mother and planning and making the funeral arrangements would not have went so well without the help of Paul, one of the Cavanagh, employees and the rest of his team. They treated us like people and were very patient and kind. They understood we had just gone through a traumatic event and they took the reins, knowing it was hard to even speak about my mother. If you want to feel comforted and have your love one cared for as they pass to the next life this is the place, I promise you you would not forget it.

Losing a mother is one of the most difficult times of your life, especially when she's been sick for a while and left you in charge to handle her funeral planning. Cavanagh's took the worst time possible in my life, and made everything so easy. Not only was I overwhelmed with grief, but I was also just overwhelmed. Cavanagh's took the stress away. Cavanagh's handled both my parents funeral services in 2018 for my mom and just recently a few weeks ago for my dad.They were patient, kind, thoughtful, considerate and very professional in handling my parents services. They made it so much easier for me to get thru this difficult time. I highly recommend them. Cavanaugh's of Norwood handled all details of our son's passing, funeral and burial with compassion, professionalism, and care. They were readily available with any questions we had and explained everything with gentleness and grace in our time of sorrow.

I lost my mother in April of last year. When I call Cavanaugh’s in Media Pa. I was initially greeted by a nice man. I informed him that I was told that because of the company I worked for we get discounts. When I received a return call I was greeted by an unsympathetic man who assumed because I asked about a discount that I could not afford their service. He told me his cheapest service was 5000.00 and he could not help me because it sounds like I could not afford that. I in fact could afford that, I didn’t care to correct him after his assumption.

I wanted to share my happiness in the day that Cavanagh Funeral homes prepared for us. Paul was extremely helpful, patient, and worked with us to ensure my moms service was exactly as we wanted. Without a doubt we will use Cavanagh's again in the future when the time comes. Thank you again Paul for making this difficult time, a little less difficult.
